Dear diary
I feel I may have eaten too much chocolate today. I haven't weighed myself in a long time so maybe sometime soon I ought to make adjustments to my diet. I've had 17 chocolate bars in the last 4 hours so if I'm hungry later, I'll just have a carrot. And maybe a glass of water. I would skip dinner, but that usually results in me feeling incredibly hungry during the night. If I hear my stupid stomach rumbling while I'm trying to sleep, I have to go to the kitchen for a midnight snack. Sometimes when I don't wake up.
