The Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams
This was a good light read for me and I reckon more science fiction books should be like this one. Even if you don't understand the jargon, it doesn't make it any less funny. In fact, I think it makes it funnier. I don't understand any of this book and it had me laughing all the way through!
